DigestSync Wellness — Natural Relief for Bloating and Digestive Comfort

DigestSync Wellness

Natural relief for bloating and digestive discomfort — based on science and functional ingredients.

🌿 Scientific Formulation

Digestive problems that disrupt your day

Abdominal bloating

Feeling of “fullness” and pressure after meals, even when consuming moderate portions.

Slow digestion

Food seems to “stop” in the stomach/intestine, causing discomfort that lasts for hours.

Chronic discomfort

Constant feeling that prevents well-being, sleep and daily performance.

A simple solution for daily comfort

How to use

  1. One dose in the morning and another at night, with a large glass of water.
  2. Start with half dose for the first few days and increase according to tolerance.
  3. Consistency: daily use brings better results over the weeks.

What to expect

  • Gradual reduction of post-meal bloating.
  • Feeling of lightness and more enjoyable meals.
  • Better intestinal regularity and less abdominal pressure.

What science shows — explained clearly

Bloating is a physical phenomenon: it results from the combination between microbial fermentation, movement of intestinal content (transit) and changes in liquid volume within the intestine. Our goal is to act on these points with ingredients that: 1) properly feed beneficial bacteria, 2) modulate fermentation to avoid gas spikes and 3) improve transit and comfort sensation.

Fermentation and SCFAs (beneficial metabolites)

Prebiotic fibers that reach the colon are fermented and generate short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) — such as acetate, propionate and butyrate — which nourish colon cells, help modulate local inflammation and influence intestinal rhythm. These pathways are well described in scientific reviews. (Review 2024 — RS and microbiota)

Fermentation and gas production: The amount and type of gas formed in the intestine vary according to the type of fiber and the structural form of resistant starch. Scientific reviews show that different forms of resistant starch (RS1, RS2, RS3, RS4, RS5) are fermented in distinct ways by gut bacteria, producing gases like hydrogen, methane and carbon dioxide in different proportions. This explains why certain fibers are better tolerated than others — the structure of RS directly influences fermentation speed and metabolites produced.

Formula ingredients and what science says

Pea Starch (RS2)

Pea resistant starch type 2 (RS2) is a slowly digestible fermentable fiber. This gradual fermentation tends to produce SCFAs in a stable manner, avoiding rapid gas production spikes that contribute to bloating. In human studies and reviews, RS showed positive effects on satiety, glycemic response and body composition — besides modulating microbiota.
(Classic review on RS)

How it helps reduce bloating: slower fermentation = less gas spikes; sustained SCFA production = improved colon function.

Konjac / Glucomannan

Glucomannan is a highly viscous soluble fiber. By forming gel in the digestive tract, it increases fecal volume, regulates transit and acts on fullness sensation. Clinical trials show increased bowel movement frequency and beneficial effects on intestinal function in different populations.
(Review on glucomannan)

How it helps reduce bloating: improves emptying and avoids intestinal stasis — less time for excessive fermentation and less feeling of heaviness.

Baobab (Adansonia digitata) — pulp rich in soluble fibers

Baobab pulp is rich in pectin and polyphenols. Human trials show effect on reducing postprandial glycemia; in vitro studies and fermentation models indicate that the pulp is fermentable by human microbiota and increases SCFA production (acetate, propionate, butyrate) — characterizing prebiotic potential.
(Clinical trial — postprandial glycemia reduction, 2022) (In vitro study — baobab prebiotic potential)

How it helps reduce bloating: soluble fibers that ferment in a balanced way, favoring SCFA production without extreme gas spikes.

Biogenic Polyamines (e.g.: spermidine)

Polyamines are compounds present in foods and produced by bacteria. Preclinical studies show that spermidine can protect intestinal barrier integrity and modulate anti-inflammatory pathways (e.g.: AhR / Nrf2), reducing permeability and local inflammatory responses. Direct human evidence is still limited; therefore we treat this here as a promising and complementary area.
(Preclinical study — spermidine and intestinal barrier, 2023) (Review — microbial metabolites and intestinal barrier)

How it helps reduce bloating: by protecting the barrier and modulating local inflammation, it can reduce visceral sensitivity and fullness sensation associated with low-grade inflammation.

What this brings to your daily life

When combined in a balanced way, these ingredients can:

  • Reduce post-meal bloating;
  • Promote regularity and reduce the feeling of “heaviness”;
  • Improve abdominal comfort and meal enjoyment;
  • Contribute to a more balanced intestinal environment, favoring energy and well-being.

Responsible use

DigestSync Wellness is a nutritional supplement and is not a medicine. Before starting, consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have history of intestinal obstruction, inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn’s disease/ulcerative colitis) or are taking medications with gastrointestinal effects. Suggested start: reduced dose for the first 5–7 days and gradual increase; adequate hydration (300–400 ml per dose) for better comfort. In general, mild temporary gas may occur while the microbiota adapts.

Practical references on adaptation and tolerability: (Review — fibers).

Food supplement. Consume as directed. Results may vary according to each organism.

Emerging Science – DigestSync Wellness: Research on Ingredients

🔬 Emerging Science — Ingredient Potential

Beyond the main evidence on bloating relief and digestive comfort, recent research explores additional (promising) effects of each ingredient. Here we show, per ingredient, what already exists and the level of evidence.

Pea starch (RS2)
Evidence Level: Human (metabolic / fermentation) & Preclinical / in vitro (microbiota)

What is promising: slow fermentation generates SCFAs in a stable manner, avoiding rapid gas spikes that contribute to bloating. Clinical trials show positive effects on satiety, glycemic response and body composition; preclinical studies indicate microbiota modulation and SCFA production.

Note: SCFA effects in humans may vary according to RS form, dose and individual microbiome.

Baobab (Adansonia digitata pulp)
Evidence Level: Human (glycemia) & In vitro / fermentation (SCFAs)

What is promising: human trials indicate reduction of postprandial glycemia; in vitro studies show balanced fermentability and increased SCFAs, suggesting prebiotic effect.

Note: translation of in vitro effects to humans requires additional clinical studies.

Konjac / Glucomannan
Evidence Level: Human (intestinal transit / digestive function) & Mixed (satiety / metabolism)

What is promising: forms gel in digestive tract, improves fecal volume, regulates transit and promotes satiety; clinical trials show increased bowel movement frequency and constipation reduction.

Note: responses depend on dose, product form and studied population.

Biogenic Polyamines (e.g.: spermidine)
Evidence Level: Preclinical / emerging

What is promising: preclinical studies show that spermidine protects intestinal barrier integrity and modulates anti-inflammatory pathways (AhR / Nrf2), potentially reducing visceral sensitivity and fullness sensation associated with low-grade inflammation.

Note: direct human evidence is still limited; promising area that requires future clinical trials.

Important: These points represent emerging areas related to fermentation modulation, SCFA production and intestinal comfort. Some effects are supported by human studies, others by preclinical or in vitro studies. We maintain transparency: we list the potential and also the limitations, without extrapulating results not yet proven in humans.
